From Science to Simplicity

 For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of science, health, and human performance. As a PhD in Exercise Physiology, I’ve led research labs, published peer-reviewed studies, developed wearable technology and helped shape national standards for wearable health technology.


But here’s what I’ve learned after examining and coaching nearly 10,000 individuals: the best nutrition isn’t complicated. It’s built on simple, sustainable habits that fit into your everyday life.


At 12th State Nutrition, my mission is to take nutrition and wellness and translate it into practical steps—so you can feel and perform your best without stress, extremes, or fads.
