Chris brings decades of experience in physiology, nutrition, and coaching to every client he works with. He holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and has spent his career bridging the gap between rigorous science and what actually works in real life.
His background spans academic research, wearable technology, and high-level coaching—giving him a rare perspective on how the body works, how behavior changes, and how to build sustainable habits outside of a lab.
Over his career, Chris has:
Chris also brings firsthand athlete experience to his coaching. He is a seven-time Ironman triathlete, a four-time Ironman World Championship competitor, an amateur national champion in long-course triathlon, and a former NCAA Division I swimmer and team captain. Across endurance sports, he has completed more than 250 races and earned over 50 overall wins.
