Chris guides individualized nutrition coaching for success using a common sense approach,.  That approach is supported by scientific and applied aspects of wellness, weight loss, fitness, and sport performance with  the goal of providing a low stress path to success related to nutrition and health goals.  


Chris has an athletic background and a PhD in Exercise Physiology. His approach combines scientific knowledge with personalized care, ensuring tailored nutrition plans for clients. He prioritizes accountability through regular check-ins and goal tracking, fostering motivation and success. With a holistic mindset, he creates evidence-based strategies, adapting to clients' needs while emphasizing sustainable lifestyle changes.
