Nutrition partnerships for healthcare practices, physical therapy clinics, gyms, fitness and wellness studios, and community organizations.
Help your patients, clients, or members improve their health, energy, and performance through practical nutrition coaching that builds lasting habits.
Partner with 12th State Nutrition to offer free educational seminars, six-week nutrition challenges, personalized coaching, and body composition assessments without having to create or manage your own nutrition program.

People often know they should eat better but struggle to turn recommendations into consistent, everyday habits. Personalized coaching helps bridge that gap.
12th State Nutrition handles the education, habit development, regular check-ins, and progress reviews, providing support without adding responsibilities to your team.
From a free educational seminar to individual coaching or a group challenge, we can start with an approach that fits your organization and expand as needed.
12th State Nutrition is led by Chris Eschbach, PhD, an exercise physiologist with more than 25 years of experience in human performance, research, education, and coaching.
Our approach combines scientific expertise with practical, habit-based nutrition coaching. Rather than restrictive diets or complicated meal plans, we help people make manageable changes that fit their lifestyles and support their individual goals.
Whether someone wants to improve metabolic health, manage body composition, increase energy, or better support physical performance and recovery, our focus is on turning good intentions into lasting habits.
What makes our approach different?
Offer your patients, clients, members, or staff a complimentary educational session. Topics can include healthy eating made simple, building better nutrition habits, metabolic health, or fueling for performance and recovery.
An easy, no-cost way to get started.
Give your community a structured, engaging way to improve their nutrition and lifestyle habits. Participants receive education, daily habit tracking, group engagement, and coaching support through our app.
Ideal for building momentum and community engagement.
Provide a trusted resource for individuals who need personalized guidance and ongoing support. Coaching includes an initial assessment, individualized habits, regular check-ins, and progress reviews.
Ideal for individuals who need support beyond occasional appointments.
Partnering with 12th State Nutrition doesn't mean adding another program to manage or hiring additional staff.
We handle the nutrition education, coaching, communication, and program delivery. You can stay focused on what you do best while offering additional support to the people you serve.
Partnerships can be as simple or as involved as you'd like:
There's no need to commit to a large program upfront. We can start small, see what works, and build from there.

Whether you're interested in offering a free nutrition seminar, providing additional support for your patients or clients, or exploring a more comprehensive nutrition program, I'd love to connect.
Every organization is different, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. We can discuss your needs, explore a few ideas, and find a simple way to get started.
No complicated commitment. Just a conversation about how we can help the people you serve.
