You get a personalized, habit-based plan built around your actual life—not an ideal version of it. Together, we choose two or three meaningful habits and anchor them to the “plate-ish for the day” structure: lots of veggies, mindful carbs, the right amount of protein, intentional snacks, and solid hydration.
Your job is to practice those habits.

You’ll have direct access to me through the app for questions, strategy, and steady accountability between check-ins.
